Third Annual SDSU Harambee Weekend

Description: SDSU Harambee Weekend is a personalized event for admitted students that provides insight into the SDSU African American community. You will experience Aztec student life and get a glimpse of the many opportunities that SDSU has to offer.

The event begins Friday afternoon, includes an optional overnight stay in the SDSU residence halls, and concludes with attending Explore SDSU Open House on Saturday.

If you opt for the residential experience you will be paired up with a Harambee Alumni (current SDSU student) who will show you what life's like in our residence halls.
